Arrange Thoughts Like Puzzle Pieces

Your mind is full, everything feels chaotic. This meditation helps you sort through your thoughts and rediscover mental clarity.

Arrange Thoughts Like Puzzle Pieces
```xml Imagine your mind is like a large desk after a long, busy workday. Papers are scattered everywhere, notes, half-finished lists. Some papers are crumpled, others stacked on top of each other. That's similar to how your thoughts feel right now - all jumbled together. Keep breathing calmly and observe this mental chaos without judgment. You are not poorly organized, you are simply human. Take another conscious breath. Now we begin to tidy up, step by step. Imagine you pick up the first piece of paper in your hand. Perhaps this is a worry that occupies you. You examine it closely without letting yourself be overwhelmed by it. Then you ask yourself: Is this something I need to deal with right now? Or can it wait? If it can wait, you place it gently in an imaginary drawer labeled "Later". Feel how your breath deepens as you sort through this first thought. Take the next piece of paper, the next thought. Perhaps this is a task that wants to be completed. You observe it calmly and ask yourself: Is this really as urgent as it feels? Often our thoughts shrink when we look at them more closely. Some worries turn out to be less threatening, some tasks less complex. With each thought you sort, the desk becomes a little more orderly. Keep breathing in your own rhythm. Now imagine you discover three different baskets beneath all the papers. The first basket is labeled "Important today". The second is labeled "This week". And the third is called "Sometime or never". Now begin to assign each thought, each worry, each task to one of these baskets. It's amazing how little actually belongs in the "Important today" basket. Most thoughts land in "This week" or even in the "Sometime" basket. Feel how with each sorted thought, more space is created in your mind. How your forehead relaxes, your jaw becomes looser. Breathe in this newly gained clarity. Some thoughts don't want to be sorted - that's normal. For them, you imagine a special bowl, labeled "May remain chaotic". Not everything in our life needs to be perfectly organized. Sometimes chaos is part of the creative process. ```
