Hold the breath for a moment, only as long as feels comfortable. Breathe out. Once more. Breathe in. Hold for a moment. Breathe out, a little longer than the inhale. Imagine, with each exhale, it becomes clearer within. Not empty. But ordered. When thoughts arise, notice them briefly. And let them drift on, like clouds in the sky. Return to a simple anchor. To the breath. Or to the contact points of the body. Now bring a quiet intention into it. Ask yourself, without searching. What is essential now. Perhaps a word. A quality. For example, clarity. Or peace. Or courage. Choose just one, very gently. Let this word stand in you like a heading. Without pressure. Without anything needing to happen. Breathe in and take this intention with you. Breathe out and let go of all that is unnecessary. Feel how your head becomes a little clearer. How your inner gaze becomes more organized. And your body remains calm at the same time. If you wish, align yourself minimally. A little length in the spine. An alert, yet relaxed expression in the face. Breathe in. And out. Clear. Calm. Ready. ```
