Heart Opening - Gently Into Warmth

Your heart feels closed off. This meditation gently opens your heart space for more warmth, connection, and compassion.

Heart Opening - Gently Into Warmth
```xml Now place one or both hands gently on your heart. Feel the warmth of your palms on your chest. Beneath your hands, your heart beats. Since your first breath, it has accompanied you faithfully. Imagine your heart space is like a small, quiet room within you. Perhaps the curtains have been drawn for a long time. The door locked. But today you may gently knock on this door. Breathe in and let your breath flow directly into this heart space. With each inhale, this room becomes a little wider. With each exhale, the muscles around your heart relax. It takes no courage for great changes. Only the willingness to open a small crack. Breathe in and think of someone who matters to you. Let the feeling for this person arise in your heart space. Do you feel how something expands? That is the natural movement of your heart. It wants to connect. It wants to give and receive warmth. Imagine how the curtains in your heart space open very slowly. A gentle light falls in. Not harsh or overwhelming. Simply warm and inviting. With the next breath, you invite this light deeper in. It spreads like a warm mist. Fills every corner of your heart space. Sometimes we fear this opening. Because an open heart is also vulnerable. But vulnerability is not weakness. Vulnerability is the courage to connect. Breathe deeply in and feel how your heart space opens further. Like a flower unfolding its petals. Not hastily, but in its own, perfect pace. Now think of yourself. Of the person you are. With all your quirks and peculiarities. Make room in your heart for this person too. You deserve the same kindness you give to others. Breathe in and embrace yourself with this warm feeling. Feel how your entire chest expands. How your breath flows more freely. Your heart has space for everything. For joy and sorrow. For love and disappointment. For hope and doubt. An open heart does not mean approving of everything. It means meeting everything with presence. ```
