It has grown loud in a world that constantly demands more. But today you hear a different voice. A voice that has always been there. Breathe deeply and feel into your heart space. Place a hand on your heart, if that feels right for you. Feel your heartbeat. This heart beats for you, without you having to do anything for it. It beats because you deserve to live. Imagine you meet a small child. Would you tell this child: "You are not enough"? Would you demand that it prove itself? No. You would celebrate its pure existence. This child was once you. And this child is still within you. Breathe in with this knowledge: You are valuable, simply because you exist. Breathe out and let all doubt about it drift away. You are not your achievements. You are not your successes or failures. You are not what others think of you. You are a unique being with an invaluable worth. Feel into your body. This body has carried you through so much. It breathes for you, heals for you, lives for you. Can you be grateful to it today? Can you accept it just as it is? Think of the people who love you. They do not love you for what you achieve. They love you for who you are. For your laughter, for the way you think, for your quirks. They see in you what you sometimes cannot see. Breathe in and take this love into yourself.
