Silence as a Gift
Silence is not the absence of everything. Silence is a space where everything is allowed to be, without being judged. Perhaps you hear sounds around you. They belong to your silence. Breathe with the silence. Let it flow through you. When thoughts arise, that is completely okay. They are like visitors who stop by and move on. You don't have to do anything with them. Simply return to this silent space within you. Feel your breath as a gentle rhythm. Inhale. Exhale. Each breath carries you deeper into this precious silence. There is nothing to achieve here. Nothing to solve or understand. Only this being in stillness. Notice how silence feels in your body. Perhaps as spaciousness in your chest. Or as relaxation in your shoulders. Each person experiences silence differently. How do you experience it today? Breathe with it. Rest within it. This silence is always there, always waiting for you. Even when the world around you becomes loud. This silent place within you remains. Enjoy one more moment of this peaceful space. Let the silence breathe through you.
