Let us begin with this morning. How did you start into this Sunday? Let the memories emerge without judging them – simply as an observer of your own story. Go back to yesterday, Saturday. Perhaps you were active, perhaps you rested. Take a deep breath and become aware of what this day held for you. Wander further back through the weekdays. Friday – often a day of anticipation or relief. Thursday, Wednesday – the middle of the week, where sometimes energy wanes or new strength awakens. Tuesday and Monday – the beginning of the week with its own challenges and possibilities. Let all these days pass before your inner eye like pages in a book of your life. As you observe this week, consciously perceive: What have you accomplished? Perhaps they were great successes, perhaps small moments of joy or connection. Take a deep breath and honor everything you have achieved – even the seemingly small things. Now direct your attention to what was difficult. Which moments challenged or burdened you? Imagine you are gathering all these heavy experiences like stones in your hands. Feel the weight of these stones. They are real, they belong to your experience. But now, as the week comes to an end, you may gently set down this burden. With each exhale, let one of these stones sink to the ground. Breathe out and let go. Breathe out and let go. You do not have to carry this heaviness into the new week. Imagine you are standing on a hilltop, looking back at the path of the past week. You can see the highs and lows, the curves and straight stretches. All of it has brought you here, to this moment of rest and clarity. Now turn your gaze forward. Before you lies a new path – the coming week. It is still untouched, full of possibilities. Breathe deeply and take in this fresh energy. What would you like to carry into this new week? Perhaps an insight from the past week, perhaps an intention or a wish. Feel how a gentle sense of anticipation spreads through your body. Place your hand on your heart and feel your heartbeat. This heart has carried you through the past week and will go with you through the coming week as well. With each heartbeat, you pump fresh energy into your body. Take another moment to rest in this stillness. Feel how gratitude for the past week and trust for the coming week flow together within you.
