The Conscious Transition

The workday is over, but your mind continues to work. This meditation marks a conscious transition from work to leisure.

The Conscious Transition
```xml Imagine you're standing at a doorway. Behind you is a room full of screens, appointments, emails, and to-do lists. In front of you awaits another room – your private space, your personal life. But you're still standing between both worlds. Your body is already here, but your mind is still working there. This is completely normal and human. Let's consciously change that. Breathe in deeply and notice where in your body you still hold tension from your workday. Perhaps in your shoulders, still raised from concentrated work. Perhaps in your jaw, still clenched from important conversations. Or in your belly, where remnants of time pressure or worries still pulse. Wherever you find tension – breathe directly into that place. As if your breath were massaging this spot like a tight muscle. And now let's interrupt the thought loops that are still running. Those mental browser tabs that are still open. Imagine yourself going back mentally to your workplace. You see the desk, the computer, the documents. And now you consciously close all open programs. Click by click. Each unfinished task gets a place for tomorrow. Each worry is filed in the folder "Tomorrow". You shut down the computer, tidy your desk, and close the office door. With each exhale, you move further away from this work space. Breathe in and feel your feet on the ground. You're now standing firmly in your private space, in your free time. Different rules apply here. Here you're allowed to be slower, more spontaneous, softer. Here you don't have to solve problems that aren't yours. Here you're allowed to simply be yourself, without a role, without performance. Take a deep breath and ask yourself: What do I really need right now? Not what I should or must do. But what my body, my soul needs now to recover. Perhaps it's silence. Perhaps movement. Perhaps connection with people who matter to you. Or simply doing nothing, conscious rest. Breathe in this insight and give yourself inner permission to do exactly what you need. ```
