```xml Imagine you are standing at a high vantage point. Below you stretches a vast landscape with countless paths. Some paths are wide and well-traveled, others narrow and overgrown. Some lead uphill, others down into the valley. In this moment, you realize: You have free choice. But how do you find out which path is truly yours? Place one hand on your heart and breathe consciously toward it. Feel the rhythm of your heartbeat beneath your palm. Your heart has been beating for you since you were born. It knows you better than your mind ever could. Ask yourself now: What makes me feel alive? Not what others expect of me. Not what would be reasonable or safe. But what awakens a quiet joy within me. Perhaps it is a feeling of connection with other people. Perhaps the creation of something new. Or the peace that arises when you are wholly with yourself. Breathe in deeply and let this understanding grow within you. Now ask yourself another question: What do I want to move away from? What feels heavy, draining, like a detour? Perhaps they are obligations that no longer fit you. Or habits that keep you small. Do not judge these realizations. Observe them as a scientist observes their findings. Breathe out and let go of what no longer serves you. Return to the vantage point in your imagination. Do you see the paths below differently now? Some that seemed interesting before now appear less tempting. Others that you had overlooked suddenly light up. This is your inner compass at work. It does not point north, but toward your truth. This compass does not work with your mind, but with your whole body. Your body knows what is right. It relaxes with the right decision. It tenses with the wrong one. Take a deep breath and sense into your body. Think of an area of your life where you wish for more clarity. It does not have to be a major life decision. Perhaps it is about this evening, tomorrow, next week. Imagine choosing the path that feels right. How does your breathing change? Does it become deeper, calmer? Do your shoulders relax? Your body is your ally in every decision. It never lies. It only wants your wellbeing. Breathe in and out consciously once more. ```
